You agree to notify GCE Trainer immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Contacting Us via WhatsApp: Users may contact us via WhatsApp to inquire about purchasing unlock codes for accessing quizzes within the GCE Trainer app. By initiating contact, users consent to the collection of their phone number for communication purposes related to the purchase process.
6. Purchase Process: Upon contacting us, users may proceed with purchasing unlock codes for specific quizzes within the GCE Trainer app. The purchase process involves providing payment for the unlock code and receiving the unlock code in person, via WhatsApp or other forms of messaging.
7. Activation and Usability: Each unlock code purchased by the user grants one-time activation of a specific quiz within the GCE Trainer app. The activation remains valid on the user’s device for a period of one year from the date of activation. Once activated, the quiz associated with the code can be accessed and played within the app.
8. Refund Policy: All purchases of unlock codes are final and non-refundable. Once an unlock code has been issued and delivered to the user in person, via WhatsApp or other forms of messaging, no refunds shall be provided under any circumstances. Users acknowledge and agree to this refund policy upon initiating a purchase.
