Linnks – Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy

Welcome to Linnks! These terms and conditions govern your use of the Linnks mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”). 4. Link Deletion
Users can delete the links they submitted by contacting us through the provided contact information. Linnks reserves the right to retain copies of the deleted links for backup purposes but will not further use or share them.

11. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the common law of Cameroon. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of the App shall be resolved exclusively through litigation before a court located in Bamenda, Cameroon. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts for any such dispute or claim.
